Attorney Profiles

Randal E. Fry has represented clients since 1999 in a variety of personal injury matters.  During law school, he clerked for several litigation firms and the Fulton County District Attorney's Office.  His practice and trial experience encompass the full spectrum of aggressively representing individuals who have suffered injuries and death due to the negligence of others.  Some of the issues he handles include automobile accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death accidents, and all types of premises liability claims.

Mr. Fry belongs to the Atlanta and DeKalb Bar Associations, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Association of Trial Lawyer's of America.  He is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyer's Association, and is a member and past Board Member of the Stonewall Bar Association.  Mr. Fry was also recently a featured speaker at a seminar for other attorneys entitled Pre-suit and Postsuit Investigation and Tactics.

A graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, Mr. Fry earned his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in the courts of Georgia, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
