Zach joined Hagen Rosskopf, LLC in January 2018 as an associate attorney. Prior to representing seriously injured individuals, Zach spent his career defending corporations and insurance companies in complex, high-stakes negligence actions. His prior experience as a defense attorney at an AMLAW 100 firm gives Zach a comprehensive perspective in the way these powerful companies, and their counsel, prepare for and defend lawsuits brought against them as a result of their or their insured’s negligence.
Zach has extensive experience in a variety of practice areas including premises liability, trucking and auto accidents, products liability, negligent hiring and retention, negligent security, and general liability cases. Zach represents clients in state courts throughout the southeast and federal courts across Georgia. He has handled cases throughout many counties in Georgia including Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, Forsyth, Paulding, Clayton, Fayette, Henry, Newton, Gwinnett, Carroll, Coweta, Columbia, McDuffie, Bibb, Houston, Cherokee, Rockdale, Oconee, Clarke, Madison, Jackson, Dawson, and Coweta.
Zach graduated with honors from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. Despite this apparent conflict, Zach is an avid Bulldogs fan and feels his time in Gainesville, Florida only made him more so.
When not zealously representing seriously injured individuals, Zach enjoys spending time with his family in Brookhaven, biking, ping-pong and playing men’s modified fast-pitch softball.
